Initially launching in Nairobi, Kenya with leasing and rental programs. Other countries and operators will be launched later.
Your car is leased to a ride-hail driver working 6+ days a week. Track your vehicles status, progress, earnings and payments daily.
Across Africa, ride-hailing drivers work every day to support their families and move their cities forward. But many remain trapped by high vehicle costs, rising fuel prices, and limited financing. With Bingo, you can help change that — one E2 at a time.
The most concentrated ride-hailing market in Sub-Saharan Africa. Massive demand. A driver population desperate for a better vehicle. Zero viable EVs at this price point. Until now.
500,000 daily rides. Not enough cars
When a driver saves $11/day on energy costs, they can afford their lease. Better economics means less churn. Less churn means more stable revenue for you.
See every vehicle's location, battery level, and status. From anywhere in the world.
Missed payment? The system escalates automatically — including remote immobilization.
Clean, clear lease payment records every month. No guessing about what you earned.
MAYA answers your questions about every vehicle in real time — utilization, insurance, earnings, maintenance history, battery health, and operator performance.
*Revenue estimates based on typical Nairobi market conditions. Actual lease revenue varies based on driver utilization, operator performance, local demand, and other factors. This is a vehicle purchase, not an investment product.

Q. What is the Bingo E2? A world's first dual-battery commercial electric vehicle purpose-built for ride-hailing fleet operation in emerging markets. It pairs a 31 kW fixed battery with a 13 kW swappable battery for up to 500 km of range and ~2-minute battery swaps - engineered to keep professional drivers earning all day with zero charging downtime.
Q. What vehicle category is the E2? The E2 is homologated as an L7e EV - a four-wheeled heavy quadricycle category recognized across Europe, Africa, and most emerging markets. Compact dimensions (3000 x 1500 x 1625 mm), 90 km/h top speed, certified for commercial ride-hail use.
Q. How is it different from other small EVs? Three things. (1) Patented dual-battery system combining long-range fixed and rapid-swap packs - competitors have one or the other. (2) Built for commercial duty cycles (10-16 hour shifts), not consumer commuting. (3) Designed for emerging-market road conditions: 250 mm SUV-grade ground clearance, high-strength steel unibody, serviceable parts at low cost.
Q. How durable is the vehicle for fleet use? The chassis is high-strength steel unibody, built for high-utilization commercial duty. Suspension, brakes, and interior surfaces are specified for 12+ hour daily operation by professional drivers across uneven and unpaved roads.
Q. What's the cargo capacity? 140L cargo area plus roof rack support - enables both ride-hailing and last-mile delivery use cases on the same vehicle.
Q. What colors and editions are available? Silver, White, Dark Blue, Sports Edition, Adventure Edition, and Touring Edition. Bingo will assign colors and finishes based on fleet operator and driver's selections.
Q. How do I reserve a Bingo E2? Enter quantity, and pay a $99 reservation deposit through Stripe checkout. Reservations lock in pre-production pricing ($12,000) and your place in the delivery queue.
Q. Is the $99 deposit refundable? Yes - fully refundable, no questions asked, anytime before production assignment. Email support@bingo.com to request a refund.
Q. What does my $99 reservation get me? Priority placement in the delivery queue, pre-production pricing locked at reservation, access to the Bingo Fleet Partner community, and direct onboarding support from the Bingo team.
Q. When am I charged the full vehicle price? It's estimated to be in June or July when we start the production. We will contact you with a payment link once we have confirmed the schedule. You receive a complete order summary before any further payment.
Q. Can I pre-order now? Yes. You can pre-order the Bingo E2 now with $1000 off early bird price while quantities last!
Q. Can I reserve multiple vehicles? Yes - the reservation flow accepts any quantity. Buyers reserving 5+ vehicles are routed to our fleet team for streamlined onboarding and operator pairing.
Q. What's the total cost of a Bingo E2? Approximately $12,000 USD per unit, inclusive of in-market import duties, registration, and operator setup.
Q. Is financing available? Yes! Bingo is working with Stripe and Affrim to provide 3-36 months financing options.
Q. What exactly am I buying? A commercial fleet vehicle. You take legal ownership of the Bingo E2 - a real, tangible asset - and choose to deploy it through Bingo's fleet platform. You are not investing in Bingo Technologies Inc., and the purchase is not a security.
Q. What does Bingo do as the platform? Bingo manufactures the vehicle, certifies it for the deployment market, connects you to a network of licensed fleet operators, and provides the Cloud Fleet OS software you use to manage your vehicle. Bingo retains a 5% platform management fee and a 15% fleet operator fee on lease revenue generated by your vehicle.
Q. What's the closest analogy for U.S. buyers? Think Airbnb for commercial vehicles - or Turo with a managed operator. You own the asset; a platform connects you to professional operators and drivers; you make the operational decisions; the platform handles coordination, software, and standards.
Q. Who actually drives my vehicle? A professional driver, vetted and onboarded by your selected fleet operator. Drivers operate under your operator's license on networks like Uber and Bolt.
Q. What decisions do I make as the owner? You choose your fleet operator from Bingo's licensed network, set deployment terms, approve service standards, and review operator performance through Cloud Fleet OS. You can also switch operators (when a long term agreement is not in place), pause deployment, or sell the vehicle in the secondary online market.
Q. Can I drive my own vehicle? The fleet program is designed for commercial deployment with professional drivers in the target market. If you live in a deployment market and want to operate the vehicle directly, contact our team to discuss eligibility.
Q. How does Bingo make money? Vehicle sales plus a 5% platform management fee on lease revenue generated by vehicles deployed through Cloud Fleet OS. We grow when our owners' vehicles operate at high utilization - incentives are aligned.
Q. How does a vehicle generate lease revenue? Your vehicle is leased or rented to a professional driver through your selected fleet operator. The driver pays a monthly fee for the lease programs or the rental programs for the right to operate the vehicle on ride-hail networks. After Bingo's 5% platform fee and the operator's 15% management fee, the remaining lease or rental revenue flows to you.
Q. How many lease/rental programs are being offered? Currently, there are two types of programs available: 1) Short term rental program - drivers sign up for min. of 3 months short term programs where they commit to a monthly rental rate of $465 ($372 will go to the owner after 15% operator fee and 5% platform fee), the owner will always keep the title of the vehicle; 2) Long term lease program - driver agrees to pays a downpayment of $969 and $418 monthly rate for 48 months, driver has an option to purchase the vehicle with the final balloon payment of $2325. This is a more steady revenue structure with a slightly lower monthly rate. Again, vehicle owner will receive 80% of all revenues after fees.
Q. Are revenue figures guaranteed? There are two type of lease/rental programs you can choose for. All revenue figures shown reflect estimated market performance based on typical operating conditions. Actual lease revenue varies based on local demand, driver utilization, maintenance, regulation, and other operational factors maybe outside Bingo's control. In general, the 48 months lease program will typically produce a stable but lower monthly revenue while the rental program will typically provide a higher but less stable monthly revenue.
Q. When can I expect lease revenue to begin? After your vehicle is delivered to its market, assigned to your operator, and matched to a professional driver. Typical onboarding from delivery to active deployment is 30-45 days, subject to local registration timelines.
Q. How is lease revenue paid out? Lease revenue is recorded daily in Cloud Fleet OS and remitted to your digital wallet on a monthly cycle. You can then withdraw the payments anytime to your bank account. You will receive a digital statement detailing utilization, lease payments, and any deductions.
Q. What happens if my vehicle isn't being used? You don't receive lease revenue for days the vehicle isn't in active operation. Your operator is responsible for maintaining utilization in their zone - operator performance is a metric you can review and act on through Cloud Fleet OS.
Q. What expenses come out of lease revenue? Bingo platform fee (5%), operator management fee (15%), insurance, and vehicle maintenance. All deductions are itemized in your monthly statement.
Q. Can I sell my vehicle? For the long term lease program, you can not sell the vehicle as it's tight to a driver's 4 year lease program unless the driver is under default. You are the co-owner for the vehicle. For the short term rental program, you hold full ownership and can sell privately or through Bingo's resale assistance program when available. The vehicle has commercial value as both a fleet asset and a road-legal EV.
Q. Do I owe taxes on lease revenue? Likely yes - lease revenue is generally treated as business income for U.S. taxpayers. Tax treatment depends on your situation, holding structure, and jurisdiction. We don't provide tax advice - consult your CPA before reservation.
Q. How does the dual-battery system work? Two complementary batteries. The 31 kW fixed battery provides extended range with both DC fast and AC charging. The 13 kW swappable battery - up to 4 packs - is exchanged at a Bingo swap station in about 2 minutes, enabling continuous operation across a long shift.
Q. What's the total range? Up to 500 km (310 miles) combined, depending on driving conditions, load, and battery state. Real-world range in city ride-hailing duty cycles consistently meets full-shift requirements.
Q. How long does a battery swap take? About 2 minutes per pack. A full swap of all 4 packs takes under 5 minutes - faster than refueling a gas vehicle.
Q. Where are swap stations located? Swap stations are deployed by Bingo and partner operators in active deployment markets. Density and coverage scale with vehicle deployment - Kenya and South Africa lead the rollout, with additional markets onboarding through 2026.
Q. What's the battery chemistry? Fixed battery: LFP (lithium iron phosphate) - long cycle life, high thermal stability. Swappable battery: NCM Semi-Solid - higher energy density for compact, fast-swappable form factor.
Q. Who pays for charging or swapping? Energy costs are paid by the driver as part of daily operations - typically ~$9/day in target markets, roughly half the cost of equivalent gas refueling. This is a primary reason drivers earn more on the E2.
Q. What happens if a battery degrades? Battery health is monitored continuously through Cloud Fleet OS. Degraded swappable packs are replaced through the swap network rather than by the owner. E2 Fixed battery is designed to have 500,000 miles outlasting the vehicles.
Q. Who are the fleet operators? Licensed local mobility businesses credentialed by Bingo to manage vehicles, drivers, and service quality in a specific zone. They handle driver recruitment, shift management, vehicle maintenance coordination, and on-the-ground service.
Q. How are operators selected and vetted? Operators apply to the Bingo platform and are reviewed for operational track record, service area, capacity, financial stability, and compliance. Approved operators are continuously rated based on utilization, service quality, and owner satisfaction.
Q. How do I choose my operator? Through Cloud Fleet OS, you review available operators in your selected deployment market - track record, service area, vehicle capacity, ratings from other vehicle owners. You select your operator and confirm deployment terms before delivery.
Q. Can I change operators if I'm not satisfied? Yes. You can request reassignment to a different licensed operator in your market. There may be a transition period for handover and re-onboarding, but operator choice remains the owner's prerogative.
Q. Who hires and pays the drivers? Operators recruit, onboard, and manage drivers under their operational license. Drivers earn through operation on ride-hail networks like Uber and Bolt and pay a daily lease fee for vehicle access - they are not Bingo or owner employees.
Q. How are drivers vetted? Operators conduct license verification, background checks, and platform-specific onboarding (Uber/Bolt). Bingo sets minimum standards across the platform and reviews driver compliance through Cloud Fleet OS data.
Q. What is Cloud Fleet OS? Bingo's proprietary fleet management platform. Owners, operators, and drivers each have a dedicated interface - owners track lease revenue and vehicle status, operators run fleet operations, drivers manage vehicles, charging and lease payments.
Q. What can I see and do as a vehicle owner? Real-time vehicle location and operational status, battery health, lease and rental payment records and monthly statements, operator performance metrics, maintenance alerts, and remote access controls (lock/unlock/immobilize). Multi-vehicle dashboards are available for owners with 2+ vehicles.
Q. Is Cloud Fleet OS available on mobile? Yes - web dashboard plus mobile optimized apps. Mobile is the primary interface for most owners.
Q. Can I remotely control my vehicle? Yes - lock, unlock, and immobilize functions are available to owners as a security and enforcement tool, used in coordination with your operator (for example, payment default or vehicle recovery).
Q. How does Cloud Fleet OS handle payments? Daily lease payments are tracked, fees are calculated and deducted automatically, and net revenue is paid out monthly to your designated account. Full ledger transparency - every transaction is visible.
Q. Where will the Bingo E2 be deployed? Initial deployment markets are Kenya and South Africa, both onboarded as of early 2026. Additional emerging-market expansions are planned across East and West Africa, Southeast Asia, and Latin America through late 2027 and 2028.
Q. Why emerging markets? Three reasons. (1) Ride-hailing penetration is growing fastest there - 10M+ active drivers across them. (2) Gas vehicle operating costs punish drivers, creating natural demand for low-cost EVs. (3) Vehicle import and homologation pathways are open and supported by governments prioritizing electrification.
Q. Can I select my deployment market? Yes. You select your deployment market from Bingo's active country list at the time of operator assignment. As new markets onboard, owners can elect to deploy in those markets if their unit is available.
Q. What about U.S. deployment? The E2 is not currently homologated for U.S. road operation. The U.S. is a buyer market for fleet ownership; the vehicle operates in emerging deployment markets. This is core to the model - U.S. capital, emerging-market deployment.
Q. What happens if a deployment market becomes unviable? Bingo monitors regulatory, economic, and operational conditions across active markets. If a market becomes unviable, owners are offered redeployment to alternates.
Q. How do you handle currency volatility? Lease revenue generated in local currency is converted and remitted to owners in USD on a monthly cycle. FX exposure during the daily-to-monthly window is absorbed by the platform; longer-term currency trend exposure is part of the operational risk disclosed to buyers. Bingo is in the process of setting up currency hedging structure and will allow the buyer to be protected at a small costs. Detailed programs will be announced before the deployment starts.
Q. Is the vehicle insured? Yes. Vehicles deployed through the Bingo platform carry commercial insurance appropriate to the deployment market - covering liability, collision, and theft. Specific terms are detailed in your purchase agreement.
Q. Who pays for insurance? Insurance premiums are paid by the operators and the drivers as part of the conditions for them to get into this programs.
Q. Who handles maintenance? Your fleet operator coordinates routine maintenance and repairs through certified service centers. Maintenance is logged in Cloud Fleet OS - you see what was done, when, and at what cost.
Q. What's covered under warranty? Vehicle warranty covers manufacturing defects per standard commercial EV terms. Battery warranty is separate and aligns with commercial-duty fleet standards. Wear-and-tear and accident damage are not warranty items - those are insurance and operator responsibility.
Q. What's the expected service life? The E2 is designed for an 8+ year commercial duty cycle at typical fleet utilization. The fixed battery packs are designed for a life of around 500,000 miles and the replacement through the swap network and don't constrain vehicle service life.
Q. What happens if my vehicle is in an accident? Damage is documented in Cloud Fleet OS, repair coordination is handled by your operator, and insurance handles eligible claims. Downtime during repair is reflected in lease revenue.
Q. When does production begin? Pilot units have been delivered to the production line as of January 2026. Full production shipping is on schedule for Q3 2026.
Q. When will my vehicle ship? Delivery sequence follows reservation order, configuration, and selected deployment market. Reservation holders receive a personalized delivery timeline through Cloud Fleet OS once production allocation is confirmed.
Q. What's the manufacturing capacity? 100,000 vehicles per year at full ramp, through a vertically integrated production partner. Facility specs, certifications, and quality systems are documented for institutional review.
Q. How is the vehicle delivered to the deployment market? Bingo handles end-to-end logistics: ocean freight, in-country import, registration, and delivery to your selected operator. Owners do not coordinate logistics directly.
Q. What if production is delayed? Reservation holders are notified through Cloud Fleet OS and email. The deposit remains refundable at any point during a delay. Pricing locked at reservation is honored.
Q. Is there a discount for fleet purchases? Pricing for 5+ vehicle reservations is reviewed by our fleet team. Multi-vehicle buyers receive streamlined onboarding, a dedicated relationship manager, and bulk delivery coordination.
Q. Can I deploy across multiple markets? Yes. Multi-vehicle owners can split deployment across Bingo's active markets to diversify operational exposure. Cloud Fleet OS supports a unified multi-market fleet view.
Q. Is there an enterprise tier? Yes. Buyers reserving 25+ vehicles are routed to our enterprise team - custom contracting, custom operator and arrangements, and direct executive engagement.
Q. Can my LLC, fund, or family office own vehicles? Yes. Vehicles can be held by individuals, LLCs, family offices, or institutional vehicles. Title and lease revenue flow through the entity of record.
Q. Do you support ESG or impact reporting? Yes - per-vehicle impact metrics (CO2 displaced, driver income generated, local employment supported) are surfaced through Cloud Fleet OS. Quarterly reporting suitable for ESG fund LP letters is available on request.
Q. Is purchasing a Bingo E2 a securities transaction? No. Purchasing a Bingo E2 is a vehicle acquisition - not a securities offering, investment contract, or financial instrument. You take legal title to a tangible asset and operate it as an active fleet business owner using the Bingo platform. This website does not constitute an offer to sell securities.
